    Your food photos are amazing! Could I ask you what type of camera and lens you are using?
    In regards to the above cream caramel (flan), if you do not cover it with foil, the flan will be creamier.

      Thanks Fleur! I use a 50mm fixed lens with an aperture that goes to 1.8. Thanksf or the tip of the flan- I’m going to try that!

    I make a salad somewhat similar to this, and to dress it up further for guests, I made a raspberry or pomegranate vinegrette and sprinkle small cubes of gelatin infused with citron vodka. It really wakes up the salad.

    Hey Rach – this recipe looks divine. I’ve also had a dish with watermelon carpaccio before which was one of the best things I have ever tasted in my life. Will definitely try this one out this summer 🙂
